Together with excellent client support, we can gladly inform you that we are very confident in our high-quality products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product/s you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of purchase. We strive for the best so that we can make you happy and satisfied. We only request you to provide an honest feedback note to explain why you were not satisfied.

Postage and Packing

UK Postage and Packing

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours if the order is placed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 5 working days although most orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £ 20, otherwise, there’s only a small charge of £ 3.50.

EU Postage and Packing

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours if the order is placed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 15 working days although most orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

Delivery to Europe is FREE for orders over £ 40, otherwise, there’s only a small charge of £ 6.50.

Worldwide Postage and Packing:

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours if the order is placed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 30 working days although most orders are usually delivered within 14-21 working days. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

Delivery to the Rest of the World is FREE for orders over £ 60, otherwise there’s only a small charge of £ 9.50.

Order Processing

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email. You will also have the ability to track your order by logging into your online account. This only relates to large UK orders sent via our nominated courier.

Smaller orders will be sent via Royal Mail, where (unfortunately) no tracking details are available. To track your order, please select the tracking link provided and follow the instructions.

The transit times are only guaranteed once an order has been processed and received by our carriers. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed prior to any other purchase placed through the site.

Orders must be sent online through https://purchasesupplements.com or over the phone 01273 569000.  Some items may ship from alternate locations, or in separate packages. Karma Vida observes all major holidays, so some minor delays may occur throughout the year.

Worldwide Delivery

Delivery charges for orders outside the UK are calculated by the weight of the order and the country. This is automatically calculated for you in the checkout section of our website when you place an order.

Please check all requirements (import taxes, customs regulations etc.) regarding deliveries to countries outside the UK. Karma Vida will not be held responsible for parcels that do not adhere to the import regulations applied to any country outside the UK.

Damaged Goods

If your parcel is visually damaged on arrival, you can refuse the parcel. You will then need to contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible, and we will then decide to either resend your goods or offer you a refund.

All Karma Vida products are available to purchase directly from our online shop. It’s simple, straightforward and safe … you don’t have to leave your home. If you would prefer to order by phone then we would be happy to take your order during normal office hours on 01273 569000.

Any address changes, cancellations, or delivery interceptions to processed orders will incur a £11.00 charge. All orders returned to Karma Vida due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a £10.00 charge and a 10% restocking fee based upon Karma Vida’s discretion. Three failed delivery attempts by any one of our carriers may result in forfeiture of order at customer expense.

International customers are required to review the individual customs regulations for their country of import prior to placing an order online. Karma Vida is unable to process any address changes once an order has left our facility for International Orders.

Karma Vida is not held responsible to fulfill an order if or when a discount shows up on the order that gives the products for free or shows any discount that marks down a product to zero.

We reserve the right to put the customer’s order on hold and/or cancel the order. If the order is canceled, the customer will receive a refund in the amount of the order. Any shipping charges that might have been applied to such order will be refunded or credited to the customer’s account.

When Karma Vida runs promotions or sales, we are not held responsible for web browsers and/or other computer programs used by customers that do not allow the customer to receive the promotion or sale prices.

Order cancellation requests must be e-mailed to hello@purchasesupplements.com within 30 minutes of purchase so as to ensure that the order is not processed. Karma Vida can’t guarantee any cancellations in whole or in part for requests that are received after 30 minutes of the original order. Karma Vida is unable to make any alterations to orders after they have been produced and are prepared to ship.

Inventory availability is not always guaranteed. Customers will be notified via e-mail or over the phone regarding out of stock products and split shipments in the case of back-orders. Karma Vida will not remove out-of-stock products from the customer’s invoice and packing slip prior to fulfillment.

We may, every now and then, change our nominated courier to enable us to give you the best delivery service possible.
